About CEL
CEL (Center for Evolutionary Learning) is a non-profit organization active in 30 countries which helps individuals and organizations evolve towards ideal models of performance, social responsibility and sustainability.
At the core of CEL's philosophy lies the fact that in order to effect lasting positive change, the transformation must begin with the individual, and only afterwards it will expand to the organization and ultimately the society and the environment.
CEL's offerings range from stress management and well-being to leadership training, sustainability strategy, and many other aspects of business training. Some services are offered free of charge and serve to further CEL's research efforts.
The organizations CEL has worked with range from large multinational corporations (IBM, Shell, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard) to educational institutions (INSEAD, Bocconi University), government organizations, and inter-governmental agencies (European Union, United Nations).
The international CEL organization is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of 10 members from Europe, North America, Australia and Africa. In addition, CEL has regional chapters registered as non-profit legal entities on three continents.
The CEL Research Board is comprised of 9 members from 9 countries working in domains ranging from neuroscience to academia and government affairs.
